When your obedience is fulfilled,

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, For the weapons of our warfare are not canal But mighty in God through the pulling down of strongholds Casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, And being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled, 2 Cor. 10: 3-6 Outward appearance Do you look at things according to the outward appearance? If any one is convinced in himself that he is Christ’s, let him again consider this in himself, that just as he is Christ’s even so we are Christ’s. 2 Cor. 10: 7 I shall not be ashamed For even if I should boast somewhat more about authority which the Lord gave us for edification and not for your destruction, I shall not be ashamed- Lest I seem to terrify you by letters 2 Cor. 10: 8-9 Weighty and powerful, For His letters they say are weighty and powerful, but his bodily presence is weak and

He is known as her refuge.

Great is the Lord. And greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in His holy mountain. Beautiful in elevation, the joy, of the whole earth is mount Zion on the sides of the north, the city of the great King. God is in her palaces; He is known as her refuge. For behold, the kings assembled, they pass by together They saw it and so marveled; they were troubled, they hastened away. Fear took hold of them there, and pains as of a woman in birth pangs Psalm 48: 1-6 God will establish it forever As when You break the ship of Tarshish with an east wind As we have heard, so we have seen in the city of the Lord of hosts, in the city of our God, God will establish it forever. Psalm 48:7-8 Your right hand is full of righteousness We have thought O God on your lovingkindness in the midst of your temple According to your name O God So is your praise to the ends of the world Your right hand is full of righteousness Psalm 48: 9-10 Walk about Zion Let Mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of

The Lord will preserve him and keep him alive

Blessed is he who considers the poor, the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. The Lord will preserve Him and keep him alive, and he will be blessed on the earth. You will not deliver him to he will of his enemies. The Lord will strengthen him on his bed of illness; you will sustain him on his sick bed. I said “Lord be merciful to me; heal my soul for I have sinned against You”. My enemies speak evil of me “when will he die, and his name perish?” Psalm 41:1-5 He speaks lies, his heart gathers iniquity And if he comes to see me, he speaks lies his heart gathers iniquity to itself: when he goes out, he tells it. All who hate me whisper together against me; against me they devise my hurt “An evil disease” they say “clings to him and now that he lies down, He will rise up no more” Psalm 41:6-8 By this I know that You are well pleased with me Even my own familiar friend in whom I trusted, who ate my bread, has lifted up his heel against me But You O Lord be merciful to me and raise me

Give thanks at the remembrance of His holy name

I will extol you O Lord for you have lifted me up, and have not let my foes rejoice over me. O Lord my God, I cried out to you and You healed me. You brought my soul up from the grave; you have kept me alive that I should not go down to the pit Sing praise to the Lord you saints of His, and give thanks at the remembrance Of His holy name For His anger is but for a moment His favour is for life; weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning. Now in my prosperity, I said, I shall never be moved” Psalm 30 :1-6 What profit is there in my blood ? Lord by your favour, You have made my mountain stand strong; You hid your face and I was troubled. I cried out to You, O Lord; and the Lord I made my supplication: What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Will the dust praise you? Will it declare your truth? Hear O Lord and have mercy on me; Lord be my helper!” Psalm 30:7-10 I will give thanks to you forever. You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you

His praise shall continually be in my mouth

I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth My soul shall make its boast in the Lord; the humble shall hear of it and be glad Oh magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt His name together I sought the Lord and he heard me and delivered me from all my fears. They looked to him and were radiant and their faces were not ashamed This poor man cried out and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles The angel of the Lord encamps around all around those who fear him and delivers them. Psalm 34: 1-7 Keep your tongue from evil Come you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord. Who is the man who desires life and loves many days, that he may see good? Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking deceit Depart from evil and do good seek peace and pursue it. Psalm 34:11-14 His ears are open to their cry . The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry. The face of the Lord is against

My God, my strength

I will love you O lord my strength The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; my God, my strength in whom I will trust , my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I will call upon the Lord who is worthy to be praised, so shall I be saved from my enemies. Psalm 18:1-3 May he send you help from the sanctuary May the lord answer you in the day of trouble; may the name of the God of Jacob defend you May He send you help from the sanctuary and strengthen you out of Zion. Therefore my beloved and longed- for brethren, My joy and crown so stand fast in the Lord, beloved I implore Euodia and I implore Syntyche to be of the same mind in the Lord. And I urge you also, true companion, help these women who laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also and the rest of my fellow workers whose names are in the book of life.
