Bishop T. D Jakes-Chickens and Eagle

Dr. Creflo Dollar-Angels are In charge over you

The Bible says in Psalm 91: 11, 12, “For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. ” Isn’t it comforting to know that God has made provision for your divine protection?

Joseph Prince-Thank God without Ceasing

For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it NOT as the word of men, but as it is in TRUTH, the word of God, which also EFFECTIVELY works in you who believe." 1 Thess 2:13 Dear friends, the Gospel of Grace is not a word of men, but in truth, the word of God. It works mightily in all who believe. Love to agree in faith with you, do share your prayer request at: www.gracehope.com/josephprince

REINHARD BONNKE-Salvation means that human failure need not be final.

Failure gave the Prodigal Son a chance to be a true son. “My son was dead, but is alive again”. That Father had lost his son long before he left home. As a son he was dead - even while he sat at table and ate his father’s provision. But after he had crashed and crawled home a wreck of a man, be became a living son. Then - not till then, did he receive the tokens of sonship. Before, when he lived a ... t home, he received no ring, no best robe, no feast, no singing and merriment. The father could not be merry over the kind of son he had before - snug, conceited self-sufficiency, who thought little about the old man, whom he despised as an old-fashioned Dad. But when he came home, and saw what his father’s love was like, he learned then to be a son. (Luke 15) Salvation means that human failure need not be final. God bless you. REINHARD BONNKE

Jesus Is Your Wisdom

Meditate On But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God… 1 Corinthians 1:30 God wants us to go after wisdom. In the Book of Proverbs, God tells us wisdom is the principal thing (Proverbs 4:7). We are not to go after riches. But when we have wisdom, all the things we seek will follow after us, including honor and length of days. So never make riches your goal! My friend, if you lack wisdom, simply ask God for it. He will give it to you “liberally and without reproach” (James 1:5). The truth is that He has already given you wisdom when He gave you Jesus, “who became for us wisdom from God”. So if you are facing a challenge at work and you don’t know how to resolve it, say, “Jesus, You are my wisdom. I thank You that You will provide me with the best solution.” If you have a wayward child, say, “Jesus, thank You for wisdom in loving and raising this child well.” Beloved, meditate on how Jesus, in whom resides all the treas

Do What He Puts On Your Heart

Meditate On For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. Philippians 2:13 God has made it so easy for us in the new covenant to be directed by His wisdom and love. We no longer have to run to prophets to find out His will for us. He Himself leads us! For those of you who want to serve the Lord, but don’t know where to start, just ask yourself what is in your heart. If you have a desire to work among children, then do so. As a new covenant believer, that’s how your Father leads you. He puts His laws in your mind and writes them on your heart! Perhaps you feel a prompting to bless someone financially, even though the person looks prosperous. Follow that prompting because today, God speaks to you directly and He has made it easy for you to know His will through His promptings in your heart. We all know how looks can be deceiving. For example, many con artists believe that church folks are gullible. Therefore, they dress

Double For Your Trouble!-Joseph Prince

Zechariah 9:12 12 Return to the stronghold, you prisoners of hope. Even today I declare that I will restore double to you. I am sure that you have heard the expression, “When life throws lemons at you, make lemonade!” Well, I want you to know that when the devil throws lemons at you, God Himself will make lemonade for you! After all, the Bible says that God works all things together for your good. (Romans 8:28) And He does it with style — He restores double for your trouble! Beloved, if you have lost a husband or wife through divorce, or a precious child through death, God can restore double to you, so that you end up having more than before, if not in quantity, then in quality! Consider Job in the Old Testament. When he lost everything, his wife told him to curse God and die. He refused and, instead, responded to God in faith, and “the Lord gave to Job twice as much as he had before”. (Job 42:10) When David lost the

Dear Isabella, God has an incredibly bright future in store for you that is filled with His blessings and favor. He’s opening new doors for you. He’s pouring out His favor. He’s doing things on your behalf you can’t do for yourself. If you’ll trust that God has you right where He wants you, God will take care of everything. He cares about every detail of your life — now and in the future. But before you begin to see that future, you have a choice to make. You can either get upset about your circumstances or you can begin to bloom right where you’re planted. I’ve learned that God often changes us before He changes the circumstances around us. If you allow negative things to dominate your thoughts, they are going to keep you right where you are. But if you want to see change, if you want to see God open up new doors, then you’ve got to decide to let God promote you where you already are. You’ve got to bloom, right where God has plante

Simply See Jesus’ Goodness In The Word

Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. Psalm 107:1 I was down with a nasty fever once. I sought the Lord and He told me to simply read about His healing miracles in the Gospels. He even told me not to get caught up in doctrine but to just focus on His grace, compassion and willingness to heal the sick. Delving into the scriptures, I soon found myself in the presence of my healer and life-giver. I bathed in His love for me and just saw His goodness and willingness to heal me, as I read about how He healed every person who came to Him for healing. It wasn’t long before the fever left. Beloved, without spiritual gymnastics, but simply by seeing Jesus and His grace in the scriptures, you can be transformed into His likeness—which includes having his resurrection life—unconsciously and effortlessly! Blessings, Joseph Prince

Jesus Has You Covered

Leviticus 1:4 4 Then he shall put his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it will be accepted on his behalf to make atonement for him. Imagine the perfection of Jesus covering you from head to toe in the sight of God every moment of the day. Does that sound like a dream? My friend, that is your reality today because Jesus became your burnt offering at the cross. In the case of the burnt offering, when the offerer lays his hand on the animal sacrifice (Leviticus 1:3–4), the perfection and beauty of the unblemished sacrifice is transferred to him, and God sees and accepts him in the perfection of the animal. In Hebrew, the word “accepted” implies being treated with favor, delight and acceptance. This means that you, for whom Jesus became a burnt offering, are treated by God with favor, delight and acceptance because the beauty and perfection of Jesus have been transferred to you. As your burnt offering, Jesus has made

See Jesus’ Grace and He Sees Your Faith

Meditate On When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. For she said, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.” Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. Mark 5:27–29 “I don’t think I have enough faith to be healed.” My friend, it’s not for you to see how much faith you have. That’s God’s department. All you need to do is simply see how gracious God is toward you. The woman with the issue of blood didn’t go around saying, “I must have faith. I must have faith…” No, she wasn’t conscious of her faith (or lack of it). She was conscious of Jesus and His goodness. How? She heard about Jesus. She must have heard all about His kindness toward the sick and oppressed, and how He healed and delivered them ALL. She simply saw Jesus in His grace, and Jesus saw her faith and affirmed it—“Daughter, your faith has made you well.” B

You Are A Blessing Going Somewhere To Happen

Deuteronomy 28:10 10 Then all peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the Lord, and they shall be afraid of you. Today, we are called by the name of Christ — Christ -ians. Therefore, the blessing of Deuteronomy 28:10, which says, “Then all peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the Lord” is no longer just a promise but reality! The second part of the verse — “and they shall be afraid of you” — is also true for you. People will respect you. Your boss will favor you and even your competitors will esteem you highly. They know that there is something special about you because good things happen when you are around! I experienced this blessing when I first started working. I worked in a small third-floor office which constantly smelled of salted fish because there was a salted fish stall on the ground floor. It was in that small, dingy office that I kept on confessing that I w

Know Your Commander In Chief

Meditate On Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. 2 Peter 1:2 I once had a conversation with a medical doctor about spiritual warfare. She said to me, “When there is a condition in your body, you must know what the correct medical name for it is so that you can pray against it accurately.” Then, she told me somewhat smugly, “As someone who’s been in the army, you should know this: The most important military strategy is to know your enemy.” I smiled at her and said, “Actually, I believe that the most important military strategy is not to know your enemy, but to know your commander in chief and his directives for you.” My friend, do you know your commander in chief, Jesus Christ? The Bible tells us that unmerited favor and peace are multiplied in our lives through the knowledge of Jesus our Lord and God. So spend time at the feet of Jesus. See His grace and love toward you in His Word. This is how you

‘Lord, I Cannot, But You Can!’

Philippians 2:13 13 for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. Have you ever tried to break a bad habit on your own? You probably found that when you tried to stop it by sheer willpower, you saw improvement for a while, and then bounced back to square one. Worse, you found yourself binging on the very thing that you were trying not to do. And your condition is worse than before you started your “I’m going to quit” program! The changes were temporary because it was you doing it. A church member who had been a chain-smoker used to believe that with willpower, he could quit smoking. He would tell himself, “If there is a will, there is a way!” But he discovered that with willpower, he could stop smoking for a week or two, and then he would succumb to the pull of nicotine again. When he turned his life over to God and learnt about God’s grace, he told God, “I realize that I cannot stop smokin

Getting Filled With All The Fullness Of God

Ephesians 3:19 19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. We would all like to experience more health, prosperity and success in our lives. God, being God, has all of these things, won’t you agree? So to be full of God is to be full of health, prosperity and success. But how does one become full of God? In the past, I was told that to be “filled with all the fullness of God”, I had to fast a certain number of days, pray a certain number of hours and speak in tongues incessantly! I am not belittling fasting, praying or speaking in tongues, but to be filled with all the fullness of God is not about what you do. It is not even about your love for Christ. It is actually about knowing the love of Christ ! No one ever told me that if I knew how much God loves me and focused on His love for me, I would be full of Him. When God made you, He designed you to run at opti

Blessed To Be Givers-Joseph Prince

Meditate On The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. Deuteronomy 28:12 God blesses you and provides abundantly for you and your family so that you can always find yourself in a place to give and be a blessing. He wants you to be a lender, rather than a borrower who is constantly struggling to pay off his debts, so that you can be a blessing to many. My friend, keep looking to His finished work to provide for all your needs. Don’t succumb to the lure to borrow unwisely. Don’t take up easy credit loans which make available to you thousands of dollars (that are not yours) to spend, and then struggle just to pay off the high interest later. This will only take a toll on your peace of mind, health and family relationships. Beloved, be wise. Look to Christ for your provision and by His grace be

See The Real Jesus

News about Him spread as far as Syria, and people soon began bringing to Him all who were sick. And whatever their sickness or disease, or if they were demon-possessed or epileptic or paralyzed—He healed them all. Matthew 4:24, NLT The Bible tells us that if you want to know what God is like, just look at Jesus. If you want to know how the Father feels about healing the sick, just look at Jesus! Jesus ALWAYS healed the sick who came to Him. The blind, lame, mute, deaf and demon-possessed—He healed them ALL! Jesus never gave sickness to anybody. You’ll find Jesus healing lepers when He was on earth, but you’ll never find Him calling anyone over and saying to the person, “You are too healthy and good-looking. Receive some leprosy to learn how to be humble!” No, when a leper came to Him, uncertain that Jesus would want to heal him, Jesus, full of compassion, told him firmly, “I am willing. Be healed!” That’s your Jesus. That is your God. Come confidently

Safe Under God’s Wings-Joseph Prince

Psalm 91:4 4 He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge… A farmer walked around his farm to take stock of his losses after a fire had destroyed it. When he came to the chicken coop, he noticed the charred carcass of a mother hen. He used his foot to turn the carcass over and to his surprise, live chicks ran out from under it! The mother hen had died protecting her chicks from the fire. In the Bible, wings speak of protection. David said to God, “Hide me under the shadow of Your wings.” (Psalm 17:8) Jesus Himself offered protection to the Jewish nation when He said, “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, but you were not willing!” (Luke 13:34) He wanted to gather the children of Israel under His wings to protect them, but they were not wil

Use Your Double Portion Of Speaking Power

Image
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people… 1 Peter 2:9 God calls us “a royal priesthood”. This means that we are kings as well as priests under the king-priesthood of Jesus Christ. This has never happened before in the history of God’s people. In the Old Testament, kings and priests were two distinct groups of people. You were either a king or priest, but not both at the same time. Today, because we are in Christ, we are king-priests — a royal priesthood. This means that we have a double portion of speaking power because as kings, “Where the word of a king is, there is power” (Ecclesiastes 8:4), and as priests, “by their word every controversy and every assault shall be settled”. (Deuteronomy 21:5) So if you are a Christian businessman, you will have an edge over worldly businessmen. What you say about your business deals will come to pass. And if you are falsely accused, know that by your very word, every contr

Reinhard Bonnke-Jimmy and Daddy

Prayer: Imagine a little domestic scene. When Jimmy’s father comes home the boy runs to him calling out “Daddy!” His father has some fun, teasing the child. “Now, let me think, do I know you?” His son replies, “Daddy, it’s me, Jimmy.” The father laughs and says, “Oh yes, of course it is! You’re the little boy I love, aren’t you?” That is how God feels about us. We’re the children He loves. And that is how we can feel about God. In prayer it is as if we say, “It’s me, Father!” God bless you. REINHARD BONNKE

Enjoying yourself-Bishop T. D Jakes

Have you reached that place in life where you enjoy your own company? In the affirmation of others lies their opinion about you. Speaking comfort to yourself reflects your opinion about you. The best scenario is to enjoy both kinds of affirmation.

Intercessory prayer-REINHARD BONNKE

Intercessory prayer basically means praying to the Lord on behalf of someone else. It could be simply naming someone in prayer. Paul told the churches in Rome, Ephesus and Thessalonica, for instance, that he always mentioned them in his prayers (Romans 1:9, Ephesians 1:16, 1 Thessalonians 1:2). Merely mentioning somebody to God may not seem much, but God does not need to be pressured every day for everybody on our list. He takes note of what we say without our having to appeal for attention. If we link someone’s ordinary human name with the name of Jesus it is a dynamic union. God bless you today. REINHARD BONNKE

Act Out Of Rest-Joseph Prince

Meditate On And if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace. But if it is of works, it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work. Romans 11:6 Whether it is partaking of the Holy Communion or confessing God’s Word, do these things out of rest. Don’t feel as if you need to put the demand on yourself to be healed. My friend, you can’t earn your healing. It is something that God gives you by His grace. Beloved, God wants you to see that Jesus has already paid for your healing. Today, He is so pleased with Jesus’ finished work that He is more than happy to bountifully supply all the healing and provision that you desire. When you truly have a revelation of this, nothing will stop you from declaring His Word over yourself and running to the Lord’s table with thanksgiving and expectation. And when you act in faith out of rest, it won’t be long before you see your miracle manifest! Blessings, Joseph P

God Will Surely Show You Kindness-Joseph Prince

2 Samuel 9:7 7 So David said to him, “Do not fear, for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father’s sake, and will restore to you all the land of Saul your grandfather; and you shall eat bread at my table continually.” When the people in the palace heard that King Saul and his son Jonathan had died in battle, they panicked. Fearful that David was coming to seize the throne, and kill all the sons and grandsons of Saul, they ran for their lives. A nurse took Mephibosheth, Jonathan’s son, and ran. But as she fled, the five-year-old boy fell and became lame in both feet. (2 Samuel 4:4) The poor boy would not have been crippled if they had known that David actually loved Jonathan and Saul, and would have looked after Jonathan’s son because he had made a covenant with Jonathan. (1 Samuel 18:3) In this story, King Saul represents the human race. He is like Adam who sinned against God and forfeited

HOW MANY TIMES WILL GOD FORGIVE ME FOR THE SAME THING?-Lartey Reynolds

We’ve all heard the quote “Forgive and forget”.  God shows us the meaning of that quote.  In Matthew 18:21-22 Peter asked Jesus a similar question.  Peter asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother when he sins against me?  Up to seven times?”  Then Jesus responds, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.”  In other words, Jesus is saying that we shouldn’t keep track of how many times we forgive, but instead forgive from our heart as the parable of the unmerciful servant (Matthew 18:23-33) says.     Something that is truly amazing is that even in the Old Testament God promised to forgive all our sins (Psalms 103:12, Jeremiah 31:43, Isaiah 1:18).  Clearly, the Old Testament has many promises of forgiveness (these and more!).  These promises are forever.  God not only puts our sins out of sight; he also puts them out of reach, out of mind and out of existence!     In the New Testament we see Paul speaking of his sin in Romans 7:19-21.  He then as
Meditate On “For this is like the waters of Noah to Me; for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah would no longer cover the earth, so have I sworn that I would not be angry with you, nor rebuke you. For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed, but My kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall My covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has mercy on you. Isaiah 54:9–10 The good news of the gospel is that God will NEVER be angry with us. He only has to tell us this, but He wanted us to be so sure that He swore in His Word that He would never be angry with us again. Today’s verses are from Isaiah 54, which is right after the famous messianic chapter of the sufferings of Christ in Isaiah 53. Therefore, Isaiah 54 is spelling out the triumphs and spoils of His sufferings. Do you know why God will never be angry with us again? It is because of what Christ has accomplished for us! On the cross, God poured out all His anger on th
