Our protector is always awake

Deuteronomy 33 : 3 says the lord loves his people and protects those who belongs to him. This is very true and I want you to try it. The almighty God who makes streams in deserts in order to give comfort to the thirsty is able to protect you from all harm. Psalm 121 states “My help comes from the Lord Who makes heaven and earth, He will not let you fall, your protector is always awake, The protector of Israel never dozes or sleeps, The lord will guard you, He is by your side to protect you, The sun will not hurt you during the day, nor the moon during the night. The Lord will protect you from all danger, He will keep you safe. He will protect you as you go and come, now and forever more. Amen.

The righteous will flourish like palm trees

The righteous will flourish like Palm trees “The Righteous will flourish like palm trees, They will grow like the cedars of Lebanon. “They are like trees planted in the House of the lord” Psalm 92: 12-13. (Good News Bible) I do not know why I love reading the Psalms; perhaps I love the character of David who wrote much of it under the direction of the Holy Spirit. I believe the whole book of Psalms touches on every day life, the fears, the anxiety, the fever, eh weariness, the fret of every day life. The fears and whispers, the innermost fear that comes to mind minute after minute, their answers are all in the book of Psalms. If you hardly read this wonderful book, please begin right now because God has in store a lot of treasure to help you in your daily living, to secure firmly your anchor in Him.

Lets praise God together

It is a Sunday in October and I am thousands of miles away from my home, my family and my church. Feeling homesick I found a lot of delight and comfort in his great bible text and I hope it comforts you too and bring blessings to your soul. Psalm 95 Come let us praise the Lord, Let us sing for joy to God, Let us come before him with thanksgiving, And sing joyful songs of praise For the Lord is a mighty God, a mighty King over all gods, He rules over the whole earth From the deepest caves to the highest hills. He rules over the sea which he made And land also which he himself formed Come let us bow down and worship him, Let us kneel before the Lord our maker He is our God, We are the people he cares for The flock for which he provides Listen today to what he says Don’t be stubborn as your ancestors were in Merbah As they were that day in the desert at Massah There they put me to the test and tried me Although they had seen what I did for them For forty years, I was disgusted with those

In Berlin by the Grace of God

Last Monday, October 22, 2007 the Lord made it possible for me to be here again in Berlin at the invitation of the Capacity Building organization of Germany INWENT and the Office of the German President Horst Kohler as part of preparations towards the German/ EU-African Summit on Development Cooperation. In all ten media personalities from seven African countries were invited. They Included Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, Zambia, Ivory Coast, Senegal and Kenya. Four of us had the opportunity to ask the German President questions about the Millennium Development Goals, the Economic Partnership Agreements (EPAs) etc. In all these, I give God the glory for giving me the opportunity to appear before great men and put questions concerning the development of Africa to them. For me all I can say is that it is the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in my eyes. Of course we should be happy when God makes it possible for us to meet great human leaders. President Kohler’s African initiative is commendable
