SCRIPTURE: 1 Samuel 3:8–10 And the LORD called Samuel again the third time. So he arose and went to Eli, and said, “Here I am, for you did call me.” Then Eli perceived that the LORD had called the boy. 9 Therefore Eli said to Samuel, “Go, lie down; and it shall be, if He calls you, that you must say, ‘Speak, LORD, for Your servant hears.’ ” So Samuel went and lay down in his place. 10 Now the LORD came and stood and called as at other times, “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel answered, “Speak, for Your servant hears.”
PRAYER POINTS:
1. As we wait on the Lord in prayer and fasting yield yourself to God; pray for His will to be done in every area of your life
2. Pray for a heart that is sensitive to the Spirit of God; ask The Lord to open your spiritual eyes and ears and pray, ‘Speak, LORD, for Your servant hears.’
3. Ask God to help you know the difference between His voice and other voices that speak to you; ask Him to make His will clear to you
4. Pray for a heart that is obedient and surrendered to God’s will; ask the Lord to help you obey Him when He speaks to you
5. Thank God that He will make His way clear before you; praise Him for the many things He will reveal to you this month
