Do not spend your energy and money on sex

You are my own dear son, the answer to my prayers
What shall I tell you?
Don’t spend all your energy on sex and all your money on women, they have destroyed kings,
Listen, Lemuel, a king should not drink wine or have a craving for alcohol
When they drink, they forget he laws and ignore the rights of the people in need.
Alcohol is for people who are dying, for those whop are in misery
Let them drink and forget their poverty and unhappiness
Speak up for people who cannot speak for themselves
Protect the rights of all who are helpless
Speak for them and be a righteous judge.
Protect the rights of the poor and needy.
Prov. 31:2-9

You cannot please God without faith

For without faith it is impossible to please Him,
for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a Rewarder of those who diligently seek Him
Hebrews 11:6

Trust in the Lord

It is dangerous to be concerned with what others think of you, but if you but if you trust the lord you are safe, Prov.29:35

Strengthen yourself

Give strength to the hands that are tired
and to knees that tremble with weakness
Tell everyone who is discouraged
Be strong don’t be discouraged,
God is coming to your rescue
Coming to punish your enemies
Isaiah 35: 4

Flowers will bloom in the wilderness

The desert will rejoice
And flowers will bloom in the wilderness
The desert will sing and shout for joy
It will be as beautiful as the Lebanon Mountains
And as fertile as the fields of Carmel and Sharon
Every one will see the Lord’s splendor, see His greatness
And power. Isaiah 35:1-2

Streams of water will flow through the desert

The burning sand will become a lake
And dry land will be filled with springs
Where jackals use to live marsh grass and reeds will grow
There will be a highway there called the road of holiness
No sinner will ever travel that road
No fool will mislead those who follow it,
No lions will be there,
No fierce animals will pass that way, those whom the Lord had rescued will travel past that road.

Isaiah 35:7-9
